The Office of Marvel & Marchand Architects, LLP is organized for the practice of architecture and urban design. The partners, Thomas S. Marvel Jova and José R. Marchand Sifre, have more than 50 years of experience in the design of buildings and the planning of urban areas in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean region.In all designs undertaken by the firm,
emphasis is placed on the personal service that each of the partners gives to every project. From the programmatic stage, through schematic and preliminary designs, including the construction documents, each project is guided and coordinated by a partner.Our projects range from large hospitality complexes to very
small residential renovations.Each design challenge, regardless of scale, brings creative opportunities. Our designs respond to the tropical context of the region.
