There was probably no option for me as my father was also an architect and five generations before him were designers and ship builders. I have dedicated my entire life to architecture without a protest to my fate. My formative years were spent in a rural setting in the
- historic Hudson River Valley. From there I went on to University studies where I awakened to the world beyond. Puerto Rico and I found each other early in my career.
