The project proposes the construction of a new vehicle service facility for Autogermana BMW. The building will be located in Barrio Frailes, Guaynabo.

The new facility is encased in a two-level prefabricated steel structure. Taking advantage of the natural slope of the land, a sub-cellar was created for new-vehicle storage. The facility will be used for maintenance and service of automobiles with a workshop for 49 vehicles.

The building program includes client-service areas, lobby, waiting room, boutique, exhibition and sales areas, offices, warehouse, conference and seminar rooms, and parking.
