BAHÍA BEACH PLANTATION
Río Grande, Puerto Rico
Bahía Beach Plantation is a new hotel and residential complex destined to become one of the residential enclaves of the Caribbean.

The latter is taking shape among 483 acres of pristine coconut trees and native marine forest located 25 minutes from San Juan. The community will boast two miles of sandy beaches and 18-hole golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr.
The office executed the design of two model-houses to be constructed in the residential area of the complex. Presently, the project intends to construct a total of 31 dwellings units alternating between the two models. An architectural design "theme" was developed to regulate the outer appearance of the structures.
